All Things Wild
Family nature park near Evesham with wallabies, llamas, emus, a Dino Train ride, keeper talks and indoor and outdoor play.
All Things Wild at Honeybourne is a nature park that has grown well beyond its original roots as a poultry and waterfowl trust into a full family day out. The animal collection is the main draw, mixing the familiar with the unexpected: alongside donkeys, deer and alpacas you will find wallabies, llamas and emus that make children stop and look twice. Keeper talks run through the day, giving more depth to the animals and a reason to be in the right place at the right time.
Rides and play are built into the fabric of the day alongside the animals. The Dino Train is a favourite with younger visitors, there is a go-kart track and pedal tractors, and indoor and outdoor play areas mean the day keeps moving whatever the weather. Animal experience sessions are available to book for those who want to get closer to the animals. The site is good value on weekdays in particular, and the mix of things to do makes it worth the drive from across the Cotswolds.
It suits all ages, with toddlers captivated by the animals and the train ride and older children getting more from the keeper talks and the kart track. Check the website for the daily keeper talk timetable and plan the day around it.
Good for: animals, outdoors, sensory, trains. Ages: 0–2, 3–4, 5–7, 8–11, 12+.
